We are in St Sampsons, just behind Oatlands. If you continue down the Oatlands Lane, as if you were collecting from the drive through, you will see Linfield Motors on your right. Turn right here (it is a tight corner) and continue on Epinelle Road (this road is one way). there is a sharp left and we are the 5th house on the right (Linden Lea). If you get to a sharp right you have gone too far, but you will have to do a circuit back to Oatlands road and start again.
You’ll receive a warm welcome, a short consultation, where you will be asked about your medical history. It is really important to be give us as much detail as possible here because there are some medical reasons that reflexology is not allowed to be given. Then we will continue with a bespoke treatment designed around your needs.
Your initial consultation will take around 1 hour 30 minutes. Most sessions last around 50 minutes, depending on the therapy chosen.
Reflexology and reiki combination and crystal reflexology will take around 1 hour 30 minutes.
Reflexology sessions for teenagers and children will generally be shorter.
Yes. We offer dedicated teenage sessions tailored for younger clients.
An adult will need to be present for the first treatment and thereafter, if comfortable the adult can wait in the car or somewhere close by (the Kiln is just around the corner for a coffee) and remain contactable.

It is best to avoid reflexology during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, but please check with your midwife or GP to ensure there are no contraindications such as placenta previa, preeclampsia, hypertension or high-risk pregnancy conditions. Please let us know at time of booking if you are pregnant.
Many people feel benefits after one session, but regular treatments are encouraged for long-term results.
Initially weekly treatments are advised for around 6 weeks, followed up by monthly or twice monthly treatments depending how you are feeling.
